Usually I do an annual goal list but fuck it. Let’s make it biannual.

Get my P2s
Follow a schedule to improve homework completion
Spend time each day working on my art
Properly learn one of my semi attempted instruments
Work towards promoting my art
Read. Something. Anything
Do the dishes each night
Not waste groceries
Put things away right after i’ve used them.

I really need to try and sync up my good eating/clean living and homework completing schedules. Also because (I’m hoping) good diet will help my brain work and also my body to not always get sick. Hurrrr. I’ve made a loose timetable that has work, college, and homework times put in it. I’ve learned that a diary doesn’t work for me so I’ve set up an Elvis calendar and written down all due dates for assignments. That way I’m always staring at deadlines and not pushing them away to ignore.

A lot of my anxiety stems from my procrastination of homework and assignments. Which then leads to me feeling anxious about a)completing any kind of work whether photos/portraits for friends because I just assume I’m going to fail, and b)leaving the house at all. I think I’m associating not wanting to go to college because of majorly late assignments to not wanting to leave the house completely. Till yesterday, I hadn’t grocery shopped for weeks because I was scared. the fuck?

So now I’m trying to plan my time a little better so I don’t get in situations where I fail a class. If you don’t plan anything then you’re planning to fail. I guess. Who knows. Also I rely on the sticky icky too much. I tried quitting, even to do homework and I couldn’t. Lets hear it for psychological problems! So I’ll try being more strict with my time for a few weeks. If worse comes to worse, I’d like to try hypnosis.
